Interpretation of Growth scan report

Hi, I am 29 weeks pregnant and recently I got my growth scan done. I request you to help me interpret the report where it says "Liquor more than adequate with 49th centile fetal EFW". My HbBA1c is 5.3, Estimated Average Glucose is 105, Haemoglobin 9.6 and TSH is 3.38 uIU/ml. I am attaching my growth scan report here for your reference. Is everything fine? Regards
