2 days back all body pain was there.after that fever is coming intermittently. Taken paracetamol once. And all day muscle pain is there.. leg muscel

Take rest take plenty of water take acetaminophen if fever spikes 4 times 6h apart 60 mg tab take anti histamine  if runny nose throat ache is present if fever not subsiding after 3  days consider lab test
