After intercourse it seems like all the semens are coming out.Is it okay?As we are trying to get pregnant.

Its ok because the sperms are motile and they will progress in uterine cavity.. The discharge you feel is the left over material of semen.. Read my post on when to have sex for getting pregnant, i.e the fertile period. Link below https://gynaetalks.com/how-to-calculate-fertile-period/
