Hello Doctor, I am an unmarried boy (24 years). Whenever I get intimated with my girlfriend I feel intense pain in lower abdomen and sexual area. The pain persists for 3-4 days. Apart from the pain I feel: 1. Frequent urge for urination. 2. Burning and pain while urinating. 3. Heaviness in bladder. 4. Acidity and Constipation. 5. Intense pain.
