Intense pain in muscle and Joint

After recovery from Covid, there is intense pain in muscle and joint. It is causing difficulty in movement and walking. Uric acid levels are high in range 6-7. Also there is swelling in feet. Could it be because of Vitamin or any other deficiency? She has Arithritis problem but not severe. Any tests to be done ?
