I am not able to sleep from last 4 days... I can only get sleep around 11-4 during day time. I am doing exercise (brisk walking) as well. I don't take any alcohol before going to bed. I am not watching TV post 12 in night...not using my ph for any purpose. For last two days I did some reading before trying to sleep. Nothing is helpful.
I feel drowsy and sleep in the office hours. 2-3 times this happens to me during 8 hours of working.
