My mother is 51 years old and she is facing the problem of insomnia from last 4-5 years. Her sleep is full of dreams and not a sound sleep. She feels tired every morning and i am very worried about this. Consulted many docs but still the condition is same. Hope ayurveda brings some good news for her.
