Dear Arka, worry and stress are major reasons for poor sleep. Please analyse if there is a change in your life in the past month. If you are having low energy levels, low mood, decreased interest and other signs and symptoms of depression, it is important that you consult your doctor/ psychiatrist and review your medications. If you are otherwise able to continue with your work and don't have any other symptoms then good sleep hygiene may help.
Next Steps
sleep hygiene: don't drink coffee/ tea after 6 pm. use the bed only to sleep and if you are unable to sleep sit on a chair and read a book. dont use the laptop / mobile after 10 pm as the bright light can be stimulating. warm shower and warm milk at night may help.
Meet your doctor for a review if you have symptoms of depression.
