Insomnia and fear

Hie, i have been experiencing a lot of insomnia lately during the lockdown , at night all kinds of bad thoughts negative thoughts capture my mind and i m all,scared . scared enough which does not let me sleep, its all okay in mornings but as,soon as the day ends i m scared.

We need your history in detail to come to any conclusion. But for sleep you should practice sleep hygiene practices otherwise your insomnia may worsen. I am giving few good sleeping tips in helpful tips section.

Healthy sleeping tips: 1. Fixed wake-up time. 2. Early morning exercise. 3. No Naps during daytime. 4. No tea or coffee two to three hours before going to bed. 5. No mobile and laptop use before going to bed. 6. Comfortable bedding and temperature of bedroom. 7. no more than 30 minutes trying to get sleep in bed. get out of bed if not able to get sleep in 30 minutes. read a book till you get sleepy again.               Best of luck, get well soon.
