1. Fixed wake-up time.
2. Early morning exercise.
3. No Naps during daytime.
4. No tea or coffee two to three hours before going to bed.
5. No mobile and laptop use before going to bed.
6. Comfortable bedding and temperature of bedroom.
7. no more than 30 minutes trying to get sleep in bed. get out of bed if not able to get sleep in 30 minutes. read a book till you get sleepy again.
