Insect bite in Pregnancy

2024-02-11 13:46:20
I am currently 23 rd week pregnant. For few days we are finding small black tiny insects in home and those are jumping from place to place. Which place they sit on skin it is itching a lot and red tiny bumps are coming. No pus and blood though but it is itching a lot. I am putting ice packs to manage itching. Is it harmful to baby ? And affect . Please advise.

You can use Tab Cetrizine and local applications of Calamine lotion. They don't harm the baby but it is better to protect yourself.

These tiny jumping insects need to be taken care of!! You can call for a pest control If it is the dengue causing mosquito or  the malaria causing mosquito yes it can be harmful for the baby
