Inner thigh rash

I have inner thigh rash from 10 days it gets okay when I apply tigboderm cream but happens again even after I wear slightly tight clothes or skip applying cream for just one day.  It itches, burns or pains sometimes but there is no piple or bump on my skin. Please help
