I have noticed a thick white line in inner cheek.It is not painful.No burning. I am not a smoker nor alcoholic nor chewing tobacco in my life. I have attached the photo.Is it normal or anything serious?

It’s looks normal. That comes at the occlusal line on cheeks.

It is chronic cheek biting as a result of impacted wisdom tooth. Get the wisdom tooth removed if there is no space for eruption of wisdom tooth. You can consult through this for further details.

This looks like linea alba(white line) which is commonly seen associated with pressure or friction or trauma to the area. From the image u have shared it could be due to wisdom tooth in proximity.

It is a common condition called linea alba Just notice if your cheek gets bitten during eating and is there any discomfort in wisdom tooth area
