Injection abscess and rash at back

My baby is a pre mature baby, recently did vaccination, but after 10 days there is a Injection abscess in middle right thigh, with mild pain, doctor suggested Advent drops. But this has resulted in highly frequent motions and the back hole is having red rashes, baby is unable to bear the pain and irritation. He is feeling uncomfortable and not sleeping properly as before. Kindly suggest

An attached pic would have been very helpful. Anyway, if it is an abscess I will need treatment with an antibiotic which is what your pediatrician had prescribed. If it is causing loose motions, get back to your doctor and ask for a change of medicine.
