Hello there.. my 4 years son did potty two times today in little flowing consistency..one in d noon and one the night..is it normal??

It could be abnormal if it is green or has mucus or has red specks of blood in it .This suggests infection. It can also be due to food allergies or consumption of sweetened drinks or food.
Next Steps
Wait and watch . If worsens further , do a stool test

Hello, Loose stools twice a day may be nothing or it could be a stomach infection. Please continue to observe whether baby develops diarrhea or so. Keep giving him lots of fluids.
