Inflammed vas deferens

On last February, I was having pain in my right testicle, I went to doctor, he tested me physically and prescribed me 10 days of antibiotics saying I gave epididymo-orchitis. I didn't have sexual interaction so it was not sexually transmitted. After that my pain went down, but when i masturbated after somedays, swelling came back and I needed to go to a urologist. The urologist sent me for USG and after getting the USG report he said there is nothing to be woried as everything is fine. He said i have epididymitis and it was no bacterial cause i have done blood tests and urine test also. From then, I feel pain when i masturbate and my right side vas deferens feel larger and swollen and pain located at groin region. How can I cure this? Will it cause any issue in future?

With the history you've given a simple antibiotic course is more than enough. Cure is likely
