Inflammation and pain in wrist

I've been having this inflammation and pain in my right wrist since feb. My middle finger and ring finger are also slightly swollen. In feb, these fingers would not bend at all. I've taken painkillers and steroids in feb which helped with the fingers but not wrist. I have history of dengue which resulted in joint pains in august, last year.
