My amh was tested 1 four months ago.... today I again undergone amh test and this amh was 2.69.... how this can be a difference in amh?

Amh value can have discrepancy from different labs. Also it is best to see how yr ovarian reserve is by also getting an antral follicle count on ultrasound done on the 2nd or 3rd day of yr cycle. This will help understand how your ovaries are.

There is lab to lab  variation and unit wise variation too. Get one sonography (tvs) done to know your antral follicle count  a d whether its correlating with your AMH values or not.
