Hi I have been diagnosed with endometriosis from past two years. I have taken injections to reduce the size but it was not successful in reducing it . Iam trying to conceive for last 1.5 years. My amh is of mid range and my husband sperm count is normal. I got my laprocopic surgery done in this February . doctor was not able to remove the cysts as it is badly tangled and near stomach , also it has blocked my one fallopian tube. The shape of fallopian tube is also distorted ,it is somehow bended backwards. I got my iui done in May and it was unsuccessful. Please guide me in what is should I do, should I opt for other cycle of iui or should go for ivf?

Hi there, You can go for one more cycle of IUI. Then IVF. But IVF will be better.
