Hello Sir/Ma'am, We have been married for the last 9 yrs, when  we planned a baby after 2 yrs of marriage, we find difficult in it, later we visit gynaecologist and they suggest some test, including PCOD pannel, semen analysis, thyroid, AMH, Tube tests and many more, and the result was absolutely normal except veginal examination which was showing multiple cysts. Then Dr. Advised us that , my wife is having PCOD and she was under strict diet, exercise and medication for that. But nothing works we had 4 IUIs back in 2019-2020. Thereafter 5th IUIs was done in the month of May 2020 and luckily it was successful and we blessed a baby girl in Feb 2021 Now as this time we was known to my wife's PCOD status we planned second baby after 1 and half year of previous delivery. Now it's been almost 4 yrs since we are trying for second baby, and we also had 4 IUIs but unfortunately nothing positive happened again we had all the tests & everything was normal except AMH a bit higher side. suggest plz
