Hello, I had a HSG done yesterday and it showed that my tubes are blocked and that my uterus canal is narrowed due to some inflammation. The doctor suggested that I have salpingitis. However, I have no current sign of bacterial infection (no odor, no abnormal vaginal discharge, no abdominal pain) nor have I ever had an STI/STD.
Should I still be put on antibiotics? And could these results have been from BV or a latex allergy from years ago?

The HSG showing that both tubes are blocked , could be due to spam caused by severe pain. This would depend on which part of the tube is blocked . Usually a corneal block or a block close to the uterus would be due to spasm a more distant block maybe due to some pathology.
When you say the uterine canal is narrow it maybe due to infection but having a look at the film would be more helpful to differentiate between a infection and narrow uterus or canal .
