Inferiority Complex and lack of Self Confidence usually arises because of lack of Self Awareness and Self esteem. An upgrade in your personal Development will help you get clarity in your problems and will enhance your self Confidence.
Next Steps
Please try to attend some programs on Self awareness (you will find many online as well). Or speak to a professional about your lack of Self Confidence. Personal development programs have proven really useful when it comes to lack of Self esteem.
