With septal deviation. I have no nasal congestion, no discharge, no cold cough, just lil pressure and pain around nose , and eyes that too only left side. What is the remedy except surgery? I am taking furamist nasal spray and Ebast M tablet.

If you have Sinuses disease, is Furamist and Ebast M helping you? Pain around eyes can be due to Sinusitis and many other reasons. Deviated nasal septum causes Sinusitis when it has to be surgically straightened.
