Infection on the Face

I have an infection on the face which itches a lot. The photo is attached which shows the same. The infected part is rough. I have been applying anseptics like boro plus which helps to some extent but the day I miss applying it, it comes up again. I have had this problem on one side of the face but now have the same on both the sides. Request your assistance.
