Infection in vaginal area.

I have been having some kind of liquid discharge for almst 6 months or more now no creams has worked for me. I also saw a gynaecologist but the medicine didnt work for me. Now I have a dry skin which is getting bigher next to my vagina. Also the area gets vry vry vryyy itichy and cannot stop from scratching.
