Infected pimple
4-5 days before 5-6 small pus filled painful pimple with some rashes appear on neck , I applied tea tree oil for 2 days then pain goes and due to itching I scretch them , now my neck has black small rashes , and it itches and also area around neck become swell and red and so painful .
I applied TINOVET OINMENT yesterday but no effect in pain .
Please suggest some antibiotics and pain relief medicin ...
