Hello, in emergency travel, wich is better food for baby, Cerelac or Farex? Wich is more nutritious?

Breastfeeding should be continued in journey also. Try to carry home made food. Cerelac/farex is costly. Rs 630 per kg. To 1300 per kg.

If your baby is less than 6 months if age , breast feeding would be the best option
