Hello, i delivered bby by csection one month back, i m feeding breast milk.. I ate ice creams, wil it cause cold and cough to bby? Wil the cold items pass to bby through breast milk? Should i not eat ice-cream till i feed bby?

Hi, You can have any food items. No restriction in diet. Cold items will not pass through breast milk
