My doughter is 21days old I don't know whether she is getting inuff milk from breast feed?formula milk i m also giving how to ensure that she is getting inuff feed according to her age?

Dear parents , Only criteria to know breast milk is adequate or not is growing weight of baby. Baby gain weight in first quarter is 750gm to 1000gm per month.
