Indigestion problem

I have this problem of where I experience bloating in my stomach as soon as I start consuming a heavy diet ( calories surplus ) , and specially when that diet is full of heavy Protein.

Hi I suggest you to avoid Consuming Spicy food Coffee tea carbonated drinks alcohol Smoking Avoid red meat I advice you to take your meals at regular intervals in small quantities 4 to 5 times a day Add fiber rich foods to your  diet such as green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water Exercise regularly

also take tab Pantop d 40 mg once a day on empty stomach  for 7 days and follow up there after
