I have indigestion problem with gas . I have attached a ultrasound report with this post. Kindly review it i feel so much weakness and sleepiness . What kind of diseases is this

ULTRASOUND says some Lymph nodes of small sizlaq These are signs of INFECTION. Infection can be cute chronic bacterial viral protozoal etc.
