Indigestion incomplete bowel movements

Hello from previous years I have been experiencing indigestion and bloating uncomfortable left and right side of stomach and yes actually i eat outside foods also several times in month but mostly healthy and home foods even ayurvedic herbs like saunf zeera drink I take somtimes and there is most of the time incomplete bowel movement so what is the cause what to avoid and eat for better any best enzymes naturally
