If ur issue is overeating as u say ,then we need to address this first..Medications are secondary. First we need to balance our intake and it should resonate with our daily activity too. Avoid overeating , spicy food ,oiliy fried ,Cheesy ,Salty food Walk for 45 min atleast daily..(brisk walk) 1 hour after having food.. Exercise regularly..exercise will bring in balance all ur digestive hormones overtime Try to finsih ur last meal 5 hours before u go to sleep .. Stop overnight eating too
Next Steps
Try these above steps  for a week and u will defenilty see the changes.. if the symtpoms persist inspite of all these  consult me on Practo

Well , the answer as well as the remedy are in your truthful submission of question. " Indigestion due to over eating"! Well now first and foremost - give your system complete rest. May be even fast. Your digestive system regards this as an Abuse. Investing a cocktail of antacids will only add to work.
Next Steps
Continue Medigas twice a day for 3 to 5 days. limit both the quantity and frequency of food intake. Discomfort normally makes people wiser. so Choose right!
Health Tips
Avoid, alcohol, heavy, fried, spicy, cheesy, raw, street or left over food for at least a week.

If Nexpro RD and Cyra D haven't helped, the issue is likely functional dyspepsia rather than simple acid reflux — in this case, a stronger prokinetic like mosapride (Mosaflex 5mg) or itopride (Ganaton 50mg) before meals tends to work better than domperidone for meal-related fullness and discomfort. Medigas (simethicone) twice daily is a reasonable add-on for bloating and gas, but reducing portion sizes and avoiding heavy, fatty, or late-night meals is the most important step.
Next Steps
Try mosapride 5mg (Mosaflex) before meals and add Medigas for gas. If symptoms persist beyond 2-3 weeks, see a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy to rule out H. pylori or peptic ulcer. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
