Indian vs Imported Plate

I have been suggested a surgery for my wrist fracture (attached X). Which plate is preferred? Stainless Steel indian plate or Titanium imported plate I know it's my choice but which is better and effective? Anyone's answer is highly appreciated

The difference is that branded imported plates have gone through a rigorous process of testing of material strength and design and uniform manufacturing process before being sold while local plates dont have a rigorous testing module and uniform system of manufacturing. Having said that, I have rarely come across a plate breakage for the fracture u have and the plate is there to hold the fracture  only till the fracture unites in it's optimal position, after that it has outlived it's usefulness. Titanium again is stronger than stainless steel and u can even do an mRI of the wrist with titanium implants in situ. I hope that helps u decide.

It doesn't matter whether the plate is imported or not. Standard indian manufacturers are offering very good systems. I cannot deny the fact that the imported plates are better designed.
Next Steps
stainless steel or Titanium depends on the affordability. clinically it doesn't make a difference when all the precautions are taken and proper post operative protocol.
