Indian Toilet in Second Trimester

Hello doc, I am 15 week pregnant and using indian toilet from the beginning of my pregnancy. Is it safe to use in second trimester? Does it put pressure on utarus and by any chance harmful for the baby?? Also would like to ask about the sleeping position, I can not sleep Straight, I always sleep left or right side so is this also fine. Many thanks!

U can use Indian toilet And sleeping in left side increases blood flow Try avoiding supine position
