Passing yellow-green stools after every feed can be normal for a 12 week old. If baby is gaining weight, active and passing 6-7 times urine per day, no need to worry.
Breastfeeding is best for the baby. However, if you are having to give formula milk, please sterilize feeding bottles and nipples properly. Stop gripe water. Vit D and Iron drops may be continued.
