Increased allergy problems

Hi, I was diagnosed with severe allergic rhinitis and mild COPD because of exposure to dust and mites a couple of years ago. I take medication Montair LC frequently for the same. From the past two three days i am having severe sneezing and my nose is bit swollen and extremely sensitive. I am unable to carry out daily chores and sleep properly. It gets a little better with Montair but not completely. The problem is that with the growing covid cases around me i am scared if this is symptom of my regular allergy or something else. Please suggest what i should do.

You need to take proper nasal sprays for allergy. Along with that you can do a pulmonary function test and rule out allergic bronchitis. Depending on the reports , inhalers should be used. Also allergy skin prick test need to be done and the root cause of your problems should be found out. According to the allergen identifies we should either avoid it or give allergy vaccines
