I have been trying to increase weight from last 1 year but i think it is not helpful,
I'm taking 2 banana with milk in the morning and foe lunch i generally eat 4 Roti with daal, in the wvening i usually take chick peas and then after 1 hrs 2 banana again with milk, for dinner i usually take 4 Roti
I have very low appetite whenever I try to eat much food i feel nausea since childhood i have been skinny
