My friend is 23 years old and she is 4.7 height and she wants to increase her height. could anyone please suggest any allopathy or ayurvedic medication or Exercises that she can increase height? Now she wants to use ayurvedic medicine is it okay to take? Or will it have any side effects

At the age of 23 increase in height is not possible.because her epiphyseal fusion already will have taken please many yeas ago.
