Hello i want to grow taller i am 171cm and i want to become 181 or 180cm my father height is 170cm and mother is 160 so all i want to become 180 and i am 16 year old. , please help me if there is any way to grow taller fast. , i do exercise everyday. , and i drink 2 glass of Milk and i sleep 6-7 hours everyday and and drink 8 glass of water everyday but i think i didn't increased anything. , please help.
