You could start practicing mindfulness....
Begin with being present in this very moment. For eg while brushing just focus on the taste of the paste, how it feels on your tongue....the sound of the water. Just be present in this moment. If any thoughts come by just tell your mind "Be aware of this moment"
Nothing else exists...you can begin with this exercise atleast for 3 times a day.....with different activities you do and then eventually increase the frequency
