Implantation bleeding or ovulation bleed

I had my last periods on 7th july which ended on 9th july. I had protected sex on 14th july (we checked the condoms after using by water filling test) they did not leak. On 20th of july i noticed just a little bit of blood on the tissue paper. (Originally my ovulation date is around this time) confused whether it is implantation or ovulation bleed?
