Implantation bleeding

Expecting pregnancy, missed 2days of regular menstruation cycle , pregnancy test result was negative and now got periods but I am unable to understand whether that's implantation bleeding or menstruation cycle. It was lighter than my regular menstruation and got only for 1 day...on second day , there was few spots only. Need help on this. Thanks, Richa
