Impacted canine removal
My problem is Upper impacted canine .after so much efforts my canine is still stuck at their same position .after doing CBCT its confirm that canine tip touch the root of incisior tooth , that's why i have to remove my canine from bone . Is it safe to remove upper canine , can a surgery affect my eye vision , its very close to sinus also .i m very much concern about my vision ,i dont want mu eye muscle weak . Plz suggest m what can i do .

Caninie is impacted in your bone....and for your successful ortho treatment you need to take a call for extraction.
Extraction has no relation with vision loss.
Is it little complicated one.
So get it removed by experience oral surgeon.

Extraction of tooth has no relation with loss of vision. It is an old myth. The impacted canine if left as it is may end up in a cyst. Therefore it is best to get it extracted.

I agree that the tooth is close to the sinus and it is not a very simple extraction. Therefore make sure you get the extraction done by an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

The extraction will be done under local anaesthesia and it won't hurt much. There might be swelling for 2-3 days but it will subside on its own. So don't worry.

Simply dear I am telling you removal of teeth may loss your vision is a myth and a dental taboo.
There is no relation between extraction of teeth and eye vision. Both these parts are supplied by different nerves.
So you don't have to worry either .

An impacted canine is usually extracted prior any orthodontic treatment for possible tooth movement.
It is an essential and safe procedure. You can get it done from any Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and best be assured
There is nothing to worry about your eye muscles or vision as it doesn’t have any effect . There might be possible sinus perforation in your case due to it close proximity to your right maxillary sinus

Get a CBCT(FOV) of that region .. if already done plan well ahead for sinus perforation
