Have been having immense throat pain for 4-5 days now. Have been taking Azithromycin also but it's not making a difference. Also, on and off fever along with it. Please help.

Either the antibiotic is resistant to the strain or sore throat isnot due to infection.. need local examination..visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
