Height is usually genetic - that’s predetermined before birth
But you can try by having
calcium rich food like dals, pulses, green leafy veg, ragi, nuts, oil seeds, milk & it’s products
Add proteins via non vegetarian food (if you have it normally) otherwise you can manage with vegetarian food
