Difficulty to swallow . Slight fever morning only.all these started with Headache and Body pain which is not present now. Do i have to go test Covid

Isolate yourself,steam inhalation,Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once..any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby. Symptoms doesn't subside do Rtpcr test
