Is there a treatment for ild or is it only stoppable without further increase? Docs never said it's ild but symptoms clearly day it is. Using homeopathic medicine for now as he is currently at home after getting cured for covid with lower respiratory tract infection. How serious is the disease? He is 68years old. What precautions does he need to take?

First you have to confirm is it ild or not. Because without knowing exact disease there is no point commenting on precautions or treatment. If he gets cured with covid i assume even if it is ild it should not be that bad.
