I'm currently taking three supplements daily and want to make sure I'm not exceeding safe limits on any overlapping ingredients (biotin, iron, vitamin C/E). Could you please review the doses below? 1. HK Vitals Multivitamin + Women (1 tablet/day) Biotin: 40 mcg Iron: 29 mg Vitamin C: 65 mg Vitamin E: 10 mg Also contains: Veg Collagen Peptides, Hyaluronic Acid 2. OZiva Plant-Based Collagen Builder (dose: 1 scoops/day) Biotin, Vitamin C Key ingredients: Bamboo Shoot (Silica), Acerola Cherry, Sesbania Agati, Sea Buckthorn, Rose Petal, Acai Berry 3. OZiva Hair Vitamins (1 cap/day) Biotin, Iron, Vitamin E. Also contains: Zinc, DHT blockers (Stinging Nettle, Pumpkin Seed, Beta-Sitosterol, Pine Bark) My questions:1. Is my combined daily biotin intake from all three safe long-term?Am I getting too much iron between the multivitamin and hair vitamins? Should I get a ferritin/iron panel done before continuing both?

Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.

Treatments guided by a specialist medical doctor  will not be an overdose provided you are regular  with your follow up. If this is self treatment then you must consult a specialist based upon your concerns. Feel free to revert back so we can guide you further.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
