hello if vision is 6/9p with pin hole then you will get 6/9p with ICL for sure. 6/9p vision by definition is not amblyopia. it is not abnormal vision ..you may say roughly that 6/9p is roughly 85% vision

hi its advisable to go for ICL in anisometropic amblyopia , because of many advantages of vision improvement .if the surgery is done before 13 years of age vision improvement chances are good but you are 20 years old , for which vision improvement will not be guaranteed. and also if you send the refraction error power details , its easy to answer in detail. A successful surgery with proper lens , the post operative vision will be 6/9p.

ICL does not improve amblyopia but will cure anisometropia and will make you comfortable. If the power is very high it can improve vision slightly. If your vision is better with contact lenses , it will improve with ICL.
