Dear Sir/Mam, My 2 years old nephew has been suffering from fever for last one day and temperature is over 100 °F, please tell me which does work faster and more effectively in fever IBUPROFEN or PARACETAMOL?

Dear parents  ,          Matter is not which act fast, matter is which is safe. Always give paracetamol. Ibuprofen causes in some bronchospasm.
